It is such a pleasure to write this review for Jim Elliott. This past June, 2020 (in the middle of the COVID pandemic) we decided to sell our home and relocate. Jim came to us highly recommended by a close friend who is also in the real estate business. We first met Jim over a Zoom interview meeting and were thoroughly impressed by his professionalism, industry knowledge and marketing expertise. From that first meeting, until the (quick) close of escrow, it was the most seamless of transactions.

One of Jim’s best attributes is his communication style. He kept us fully informed while not bothering us with details of which he is more than capable of handling. Jim managed the whole process from start to finish.

Our home was in a high-rise building and Jim helped us realize the highest sales price ever in that building. We had our first offer in two days and he negotiated the quick, successful escrow.

Going forward, we will definitely use Jim for our real estate needs and will highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a consummate real estate professional.

After deciding to move to Kansas, I was concerned on how selling my home would work. I contacted Jim Elliott, as he has sold our home in Littlerock, Ca, and helped us get into a new home in Lancaster, Ca. Jim’s expertise are phenomenal because he walked our home making suggestions for improvement so that the selling of the home went smoothly and quickly. Both times we took Jim’s advice, and both times we had multiple offers within the first week. My only regret is that Jim is not licensed in Kansas, thus is not able to get us into a home here. The past 6 years have yielded an impactful relationship with Jim, and he went from a realtor to a friend as well.

We just purchased our first home with Jim Elliott and I wouldn't have wanted any other real estate agent. He is an extremely nice and genuine guy, and a patient and helpful real estate agent. I was referred to Jim Elliot by a loan officer and I’m so glad I chose to make him my agent. I had been looking for a home for a couple months and was working with a different agent that wasn’t genuine. When I finally met Jim, I was sure I was in the right hands.
